This multifamily property in the Centralville neighborhood of Lowell, MA had several deteriorated and loose asphalt areas that created safety concerns and reduced the appearance of the parking area located across from Shedd Park. Our crew saw-cut and removed the damaged pavement sections to prepare the surface for a long-lasting repair.
We installed approximately 650 square feet of new asphalt patching and compacted the material to create a smooth, durable finish that blended cleanly with the surrounding pavement. The completed repair restored the parking area and improved both function and curb appeal for the property.
